Good UX Is Invisible (Bad UX Is Expensive)

When UX is good, users don’t notice it.
They just complete tasks easily.

When UX is bad, users notice immediately:

  • They get confused

  • They drop off

  • They don’t come back

Bad UX doesn’t just hurt experience — it hurts:

  • Revenue

  • Retention

  • Brand perception

Good UX reduces friction.
And reducing friction is one of the highest ROI investments any product can make.
